Auto Transport Sales Representative

PKR 55,000–70,000 base + uncapped commission. Car shipping carrier sales. US owner-operators and car haulers. Central Dispatch. Night shift, Gulistan-e-Johar. Car shipping or auto transport sales experience required.

ABS International is a Direct US Principal operating its own auto transport dispatch from Karachi since 2012. We are not a broker working for someone else's accounts. We own our carrier relationships, our load board, and our operations. We are expanding our carrier network and need a Sales Representative who knows this industry from the inside.

This is not a role for someone transitioning from solar, insurance, or general B2B sales. The carrier acquisition conversation is specific — owner-operators and small fleet car haulers have heard every pitch. You need to know what they actually care about: consistent loads, fair per-vehicle rates, reliable dispatch, and getting paid on time. If you have sold in this space before, you already know that. If you have not, this role will not give you time to learn it.

What you will do

You will identify owner-operators and car haulers through Central Dispatch, direct outreach, and referral networks. You will pitch our dispatch and back-office support model, handle carrier objections, collect MC numbers and insurance documentation for onboarding, and pass signed carriers to operations. You own your pipeline from first call to handoff.

What you will earn

PKR 55,000 – 70,000 guaranteed base per month. Uncapped commission tied to carriers onboarded and active load volume. Our top carrier sales rep earned PKR 115,000 in their third month. Weekly incentives in your first 60 days while you build your pipeline.

What we need from you

At least 6 months of sales experience specifically in US auto transport, car shipping, or carrier acquisition. You have spoken to American owner-operators or car haulers directly. You understand Central Dispatch, basic carrier compliance requirements, and how dispatch partnerships work from the carrier's perspective. Your English is professional, natural, and persuasive in a US-facing environment.

Night shift 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Saturday, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar is the requirement.
