Auto Transport Sales Representative (Direct US Principal)

ABS International is a Direct US Principal operating its own auto transport dispatch from Karachi since 2012. We are not a broker working for someone else's accounts. We own our carrier relationships, our load board, and our operations. We are expanding our carrier network and need a high-velocity Sales Representative to join our Gulistan-e-Johar team.

The Role: You will identify owner-operators and car haulers through Central Dispatch, direct outreach, and referral networks. Your objective is to pitch our dispatch and back-office support model, handle carrier objections, collect MC numbers and insurance documentation for onboarding, and seamlessly pass signed carriers to operations. You own your pipeline from the first call to the final handoff.

Who We Are Looking For:

• The Ideal Candidate: You have 6+ months of experience in US auto transport, car shipping, or carrier acquisition. You know what Central Dispatch is and understand how to talk to American owner-operators about consistent loads, per-vehicle rates, and reliable pay.
• The "Elite Closer" Exception: We prefer direct logistics experience, but if you are an elite closer from another US-facing B2B sector (software, high-ticket services) and are willing to learn the carrier terminology rapidly, we have the playbook ready for you.

What You Will Earn:

• Guaranteed Base: Market Competitive Base salary
• Uncapped Commission: Tied directly to the carriers you onboard and their active load volume. Our top carrier sales rep earned PKR 115,000 in their third month.
• Stability: 14 years of continuous US auto transport operations. You are building a permanent book of business, not filling a monthly quota that resets to zero.

• Professional, natural, and persuasive English in a US-facing environment.
• Reliable availability for Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM), Monday to Saturday on-site in Gulshan-e-iqbal .
