Job Overview

COTHM New Garden Town Campus Lahore is seeking a highly skilled AutoCAD Expert with hands-on experience in 3ds Max or other relevant 3D visualization software. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience and a strong command of drafting, modeling, and rendering techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD
• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations using 3ds Max or similar software
• Prepare architectural/interior layouts, plans, elevations, and renderings
• Assist in training and guiding students (if required)
• Ensure accuracy, precision, and timely delivery of design projects
• Stay updated with the latest drafting and visualization techniques

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD
• Practical expertise in 3ds Max or other relevant 3D software (SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, etc.)
• Completion of a recognized AutoCAD course
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards
• Excellent technical and visualization skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
