Autocad & Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• AutoCAD Tasks:
• Create detailed technical drawings, sketches, and BIM models using AutoCAD.
• Review and update drawings based on design changes and client feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand design needs.
• Billing & Costing:
• Estimate quantities of work from drawings for costing and BOQ preparation.
• Measure completed work at sites and prepare Monthly Running Bills (MRB) for clients/subcontractors.
• Verify contractor claims and prepare variation statements.
• Analyze extra items, rate analysis, and materials reconciliation.
• Manage inventory and reconcile materials/subcontractor expenses.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for billing accuracy.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 2-3+ years in estimating, billing, or quantity surveying.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Project Management Software, ERP systems.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
