AutoCAD Design Engineer

1. Develop AutoCAD 2D/3D drawings for fire suppression systems including CO2 System, Clean Agent System (FM 200/HFC 227ea and Novec 1230/ FK 5-1-12) & Inert Gas System.

2. Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, P&IDs, and submittals.

3. Ensure code compliance (NFPA, local), prepare submittals, and manage documentation.

4. Prepare Detailed Piping Layouts (Plan View):
Draft comprehensive 2D piping layouts using tools like AutoCAD or AutoCAD Plant 3D, showing routing, equipment, tie-ins, supports, and annotations.

5. Generate Isometric Drawings:
Create “3D‑like” 2D isometric drawings that depict pipe runs—including elevation changes, fittings, welds, valves, flow direction, and spool breakpoints—to support fabrication and installation.

6. Produce Bill of Materials (BOM) / BOQ:
Extract or compile accurate material take-offs listing quantities, sizes, fittings, valves, supports, hardware, gaskets, and other components—either manually or via CAD models.
