Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Civil and Structural Designer to join our dynamic team. The role involves preparing and reviewing civil and structural drawings and models for oil & gas and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and project requirements. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely while attending key site visits and meetings near Nagercoil.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review civil and structural drawings, including foundations, pipe racks, and equipment supports.

· Create 2D and 3D models using SP3D, AVEVA, E3D, CAD tools such as AutoCAD and STAAD.Pro.

· Ensure designs comply with international standards and project specifications.

· Collaborate with process, mechanical, piping, and electrical teams for integrated project design.

· Assist in preparing Material Take-Offs (MTO) and support procurement activities.

· Participate in design reviews and provide input on safety, constructability, and operability considerations.

· Support field teams during construction with design clarifications and as-built documentation.

· Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure design alignment and quality.

· Ensure proper documentation and version control for all drawings and deliverables.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

· 3–8 years of experience as a civil/structural designer in oil & gas or industrial projects.

· Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent software.

· Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (IS, AISC, ASCE, API, etc.).

· Experience in preparing and reviewing construction drawings and models.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

· Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
