Job Title: AutoCAD Designer / 3D Designer with Site Supervision Responsibilities

Location: Industrial area 10, Sharjah

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AutoCAD Designer / 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and design documentation while also conducting site supervision activities when required. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage both office-based design work and on-site project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

• Create accurate 2D drawings and technical plans using AutoCAD.
• Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and design revisions as required.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure design accuracy.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.

Site Supervision

• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Identify and report any site issues, discrepancies, or design modifications required.
• Take site measurements and update drawings accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and 3D design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Mandatory Requirement

• Valid UAE Driving License (Compulsory)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Knowledge of rendering and presentation software.
• Familiarity with local construction standards and regulations.
