AutoCAD Draftsman

Prepare drawings and Layouts including 2D Modelling under the guidance of or as directed by Project Manager or Immediate line manager in order to develop a design idea into a coherent proposal and to communicate the concepts into visual appearance.

• Prepare topographical and land maps based on the survey details.

• Prepare detailed construction/ technical shop drawings and plans such as site development plan, Floor plan, Furniture layout, reflected ceiling plan, Overall building sections, elevations, Schedule of doors & windows, building services plumbing and drainage layout & diagrams etc. including, if required in multiple revisions under the direction of an architect or engineer.

• Maintain highest standards of drafting practice to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the completed drawings. Contribute to improving designs and detailing.

• Maintain logs, reports and records of all drafting activities in relevant databases to ensure compliance of established internal procedures & ISO Standards.

• Take site measurement of clients’ facilities, as required, after the completion of construction in order to keep record of actual dimensions and sizes of the facility.

• Should be responsible for the confidentiality, security and safekeeping of all documents, drawings.

• Assist and coordinate with Architects & Engineers to ensure collective achievement of departmental objectives.

• Ensure to follow the drawing template of the department to ensure uniformity of the drawings
