AutoCAD Draftsman (Male)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman with experience in interior fit-out works and office space planning. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating precise drawings and layouts, interpreting design concepts, and supporting the project team from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate 2D CAD drawings, layouts, sections, and detailed shop drawings for interior fit-out and office layout projects.
• Translate design concepts, sketches, and mark-ups into technical drawings in coordination with designers and project managers.
• Assist in space planning and preparation of furniture layouts, partition plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and flooring patterns.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve drawing- related queries.
• Maintain drawing registers, and update revisions and documentation as per project timeline.
• Conduct site visits when required to take measurements and validate site conditions.
• Prepare as-built drawings after completion of projects.

Qualifications s Skills:

· Diploma , Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering , Bachelor’s degree in interior design

· Minimum 3–5 years of gulf experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in interior fit-out and office layout planning

· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D Max is an advantage.

· Familiarity with MEP coordination is a plus.

Experience working on commercial fit-out projects will give you preference.
