AutoCAD Draftsman

We are a reputable fit-out company seeking a talented and experienced Draftsman cum Designer (AutoCAD and 3Ds Max) to join our team. Preparing drawings such as ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, glass, metal and related details. Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by Design Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for detailed drawing for joinery and fit out and interiors. Designing for 2D Plans-Shop drawing detailed shop drawing for mainly joinery & interior fit out.
• Preparing detailed cut-list drawing for production as per the approved shop drawing and follow up with production and site installation.
• Co-ordination & preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions. Dealing inquiries, Quantity take off, BOQ preparation.
• Produce graphic presentations, 2D, 3D renderings and construction drawings.
• Create virtual reality presentations that include 3D walkthroughs of renderings by using AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, etc.
• Formulate quotations based on existing architectural drawings by deriving relevant information.
• Participate in pre-design tasks, including visioning sessions.
• Updating of project list with a pre-designed format.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the requirements of the client, with the design team working to the correct specifications and delivering a high quality and timely product to the client.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman cum Designer in the fit-out industry.
• Ability to create detailed 2D and 3D design layouts and renderings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 3,500 AED to 4,000 AED

Experience:

• Draftsman cum Designer (AutoCAD and 3Ds Max): 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English and Hindi (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Dubai (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
