Key Responsibilities
1. Conceptualizing and Creating Visual Designs
- Develop creative concepts based on project briefs, ensuring alignment with the group’s brand identity and business vision.
- Produce engaging visuals for print, digital, web, and social media platforms.
2. Collaborating with Internal Stakeholders
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and management teams across companies.
- Align each design with group-wide objectives such as improving visibility, enhancing customer experience, or promoting products/services.
3. Designing for Different Business Segments
- Customize designs for different industries, markets, and demographics.
- Deliver optimized content for both digital (websites, social media, email) and offline (brochures, flyers, event collaterals) channels.
4. Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously
- Coordinate design deliverables for multiple campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Establish streamlined workflows to handle cross-company requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Customizing Templates and Assets
- Develop reusable branded templates for presentations, emails, and social posts.
- Create and maintain a centralized repository of design assets (logos, images, icons, fonts) for cross-company use.
6. Supporting Marketing and Advertising Campaigns
- Design creatives for group-wide and company-specific promotional campaigns.
- Deliver cohesive visuals for joint promotions or events involving multiple brands.
7. Collaboration with External Vendors or Agencies
- Adapt designs for regional and cultural variations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and printers to ensure high-quality production of materials.
8. Creative Direction and Innovation
- Refresh visual identity periodically to keep brands modern and competitive.
- Provide creative direction, suggest innovative ideas, and ensure designs stand out in the market.
9. Developing and Managing Digital Assets for Each Company
- Work with web developers to design user-friendly and visually appealing websites or apps.
- Create assets for company social media profiles and campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Technical Skills:
· xpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
· Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design tools.
· Familiarity with web design, UX/UI basics, and video editing is an advantage.
