AutoCAD Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to join our steel fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural steel detailing and shop drawing preparation.

Requirements

• ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of relevant experience in structural steel detailing.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of steel detailing and preparation of shop drawings as per applicable standards and codes.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Structural steel shop drawings
• GA (General Arrangement) drawings
• Fabrication drawings
• Erection drawings
• Structural steel connections
• Beams, columns, trusses, and bracing systems
• Welding symbols and bolted connections
• Tolerances and fabrication standards

Software Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of MTO (Material Take-Off) preparation using AutoCAD
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Tekla knowledge will be an added advantage

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with engineers and fabrication teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
