AutoCAD Draftsman-Interior Fit Out

We are urgently looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in preparing detailed technical drawings, especially for authority and building management submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Create and modify detailed drawings based on project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings meet the standards required by local authorities and building management.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of drawings.
• Prepare submission sets for Dubai Municipality, DCD, Trakhees, or relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting a must).
• Strong experience in authority drawing submissions and building management drawing submissions.
• Excellent knowledge in technical detailing for fit-out projects (Joinery, MEP coordination, ceiling plans, etc.).
• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out field.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
