Job Title: Architectural & Structural Draftsman

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Architectural & Structural Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with main contractors in the UAE, be proficient in preparing structural and architectural shop drawings, and must be available in the UAE for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review structural shop drawings, including reinforcement steel and general arrangement (GA) drawings.
• Prepare and review architectural shop drawings, including block work layouts, tile layouts, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and other related architectural details.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions or consultant feedback.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings in line with project schedules.
• Maintain high-quality drafting standards and ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE (mandatory).
• Proven experience working with main contractors in UAE projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural shop drawings (reinforcement steel, GA).
• Strong knowledge of architectural shop drawings (block work, tiles, RCP, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Must be currently available in UAE and able to join immediately.
• Willing to relocate within Dubai if required.
