Junior Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for a Junior Architectural Draftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings and shop drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Develop 3D visualizations and renderings using 3ds Max or similar software.
• Support in preparing submission packages for developers and authorities.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Assist in producing detailed architectural plans, sections, and elevations.
• Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, and design concepts to support the design team.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Provide support in site coordination and clarifications when needed.
• Assist in developing quantity take-offs and material schedules for submissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Microsoft Office (or equivalent software).
• Creative, energetic, and a strong team player with good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
