Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of architectural and interior design drawings using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop.
- Support the design team in producing technical drawings and reviewing shop drawings submitted by suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with, site engineers, suppliers, and contractors on design-related matters to ensure alignment and timely implementation.
- Track and document design changes, ensuring timely communication and integration into project documentation.
- Assist the Design Lead and Civil Engineer in resolving on-site design concerns and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution.
- Aid in the preparation of material selections, mood boards, and presentations for management approval.
- Provide support in procurement by assisting with material take-offs, specifications, and supplier coordination.
- Maintain organized records of design deliverables, revisions, and approvals to support project timelines and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in interior fit-out of retail shops.
- Proficiency in using software's like (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of design principles and technical drawing standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
