AutoCAD Draughtsman

Mishkat Engineering is looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draughtsman (Mechanical / Civil background) to prepare and manage technical and structural drawings for projects across industrial, oil & gas, power, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings – Fabrication, structural steel, as-built, and equipment layout drawings.
• Detail structural drawings: foundations, column/beam schedules, steel connections, gusset plates, and reinforcement details.
• Develop mechanical drawings: skid layouts, equipment base frames, pressure vessel supports, and pipe rack arrangements.
• Revise drawings based on engineer mark-ups, vendor data, and site changes; maintain drawing registers and revision logs.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, mechanical, and piping disciplines to ensure inter-discipline drawing consistency.
• Incorporate vendor drawings; support IFC (Issued for Construction) package preparation and client drawing submissions.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes (IS, AISC, BS, AWS, ASME, ISO) and client/project standards.
• Manage drawing transmittals, document numbering, and deliverables tracking via document management systems.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 3–8 years of AutoCAD draughting experience in EPC / EPC-M projects.
• Proven experience with structural steel and RCC structural drawings in industrial or plant projects.
• Exposure to oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or heavy industrial sectors is preferred.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
