AutoCAD Draughtsman (Mechanical)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and layouts based on engineering, architectural, or design specifications. The candidate should have a solid background in Civil/Mechanical–drafting and be proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed drawings, layouts, and plans from sketches, models, or verbal instructions.
• Review engineering or architectural designs and ensure they are technically sound.
• Modify and update drawings as required by engineers or project managers.
• Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and consultants to gather data and resolve design issues.
• Maintain drawing registers and documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry and project-specific standards.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation upon project completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or ITI in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
