Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman/woman to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the entire lifecycle of architectural projects from architectural drawings to working and detail drawings, contributing to high-profile projects across various sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, international environment and contribute to impactful, large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed designs
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure all designs comply with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
• Conduct site visits and manage on-site execution to ensure quality and design intent
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and documentation

Requirements

• B.tech civil, Diploma in Civil or a Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Licensed Architect
• Proficiency in detail drawings
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture and design
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction techniques, and building codes
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale or international projects
• Experience in 3D rendering (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, D5)
• Interior design knowledge is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
