Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Shop Drawing Draftsman with strong expertise in joinery detailing.

This role is critical to our execution team — you will be responsible for preparing accurate, production-ready shop drawings that ensure smooth coordination between design, factory, and site.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings (wardrobes, kitchens, wall paneling, custom furniture, etc.)
• Develop plans, elevations, and detailed sections with full technical clarity
• Ensure drawings are production-ready and aligned with site conditions
• Coordinate with design, project, and site teams for execution accuracy
• Incorporate site measurements, client comments, and consultant feedback
• Support site team with drawing clarifications during installation
• Prepare as-built drawings upon completion

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an interior fit-out company
• Strong, proven experience in joinery shop drawings (mandatory)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)
• Good knowledge of:
• Joinery construction methods
• Materials (MDF, veneer, laminate, solid wood, etc.)
• Hardware and fittings
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications
• Strong coordination skills with site and project teams
