Automation & AI Agent Developer (n8n, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel)

We are looking for an Automation & n8n expert with strong n8n GoHighLevel expertise and hands-on coding skills. This hybrid role requires someone who can build standard automations while also developing custom-coded integrations, scripts, and middleware to support complex workflows.

As an onsite team member, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize automation systems that streamline and scale multiple business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain GoHighLevel pipelines, automations, snapshots, and funnels.
• Write custom scripts and automation logic using JavaScript / Python.
• Develop API and webhook integrations between GHL and other platforms (Zoho, Monday.com, Slack, Google, Twilio, etc.).
• Manage CRM data workflows (imports, deduplication, tagging, syncing).
• Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize workflows for performance and reliability.
• Work onsite with the team to deliver solutions quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong GoHighLevel CRM experience (pipelines, automations, integrations).
• Proficient in JavaScript and/or Python.
• Good understanding of APIs, REST/JSON, and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, n8n, or Make.com.
• Ability to work full-time onsite and collaborate daily with the team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with React, Flask, Django, or Node.js for dashboards or middleware.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Supabase.
• Background in real estate, insurance, healthcare, or SaaS automation.
• Exposure to AI-powered workflows (OpenAI, Twilio Voice, Smartlead).

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
