Automation & App Integrations Specialist

We are a growing fitness and nutrition platform seeking an experienced Zapier & App Integrations Specialist to design, build, and manage automations connecting Trainerize, AR Funnel, Zapier, and other systems. This role is hourly and project-based, with the potential for ongoing work.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in similar integrations who can work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and propose smart technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Zapier automations connecting Trainerize, AR Funnel, and other CRM/membership platforms
• Ensure accurate data flow for user sign-ups, onboarding, tagging, access permissions, and other workflow automations
• Troubleshoot automation errors and optimize system efficiency and reliability
• Document workflows, logic, and processes clearly for future reference
• Collaborate with the team to improve automation strategies and user experience

Requirements

• Advanced, hands-on experience with Zapier
• Experience integrating Trainerize and AR Funnel, or similar fitness/membership systems
• Experience with funnels, CRMs, or membership platforms
• Ability to work independently and proactively propose technical solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience with fitness, wellness, or nutrition apps
• Understanding of onboarding flows and user journey design
• Familiarity with other integration tools

Engagement Details
