The Role : Process Automation Developer

The Team :
Finance Automation is a growing team within Corporate Finance organization supporting many critical functions including Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Accounting Operations, Treasury and T&E among many others. In addition, the team supports divisional Finance teams with their automation initiatives. The team is a leader in delivering innovation and automation to the critical Finance operations processes by using various tools like AI Agents, Robotic Process Automation, Data Transformation and Alteryx among others.

The Impact :
Finance Automation Team delivered a significant number of important automation projects over the last 12-18 months. These included a large number of RPA bots as well as other types of automation, such as Alteryx workflows and AI Agents. This position will provide critical support, implementing enhancements to existing automations as well as troubleshooting and issues that end users experience with running the automations.

Responsibilities :
Develop and deliver end-to-end automation for business workflows.

Perform maintenance of existing RPA bots and implement enhancements as requested by business.

Troubleshoot issues reported by business.

Managing operations to ensure that BAU is not getting impacted.

Proactively take steps to ensure functioning of all the running bots.

Participate in automation tools upgrades and related testing.

Support trials of new automation tools.

What We’re Looking For :
Proven Expertise in RPA tools such as, Power Automate and Blue Prism.

Expertise in using AI along with RPA, to deliver AI agents for automation.

Agentic AI knowledge is a plus.

Analytical mindset and strong in logical reasoning.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong desire to learn new automation tools, including RPA, data automation and visualization.

Prior experience in a large corporate finance organization working with process improvement/automation is a plus.

Basic Qualifications :
Individual having minimum 1 year of experience in Power Automate and Blue Prism.

Prior experience of handling Automation Projects as per the best policies.

Prior experience of using Gen AI and creating AI Agents for Automation.

Knowledge of Excel, Alteryx and reporting tools will be a plus point.

Working Model: Twice a week from office
Shift time: 1 pm to 10 pm IST
