Automation Engineer – Lahore (Onsite)

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in automation testing to join our team in Lahore . If you’re passionate about building reliable, scalable testing frameworks and ensuring top-quality software delivery, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute tests for large modules, features, or entire components.
• Design and develop feature, integration, and regression tests using industry-standard tools.
• Create and maintain robust automation frameworks and test scripts for web applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality at every stage of development.
• Work independently to define test strategies and develop automation solutions from scratch.
• Participate in CI/CD integration , ensuring smooth execution of automated test suites.
• Mentor other quality engineers and contribute to improving testing processes and tools.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Automation Testing .
• Strong understanding of regression, positive/negative, white box, black box, and API testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright (Playwright preferred).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages — Java or Python .
• Experience in Automated UI Testing and developing automation test scripts.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
  
  

Added Advantage

• Experience in mobile automation testing .
• Exposure to microservice-based architecture , API-driven backend testing , and tools like GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes .
• Experience developing test frameworks from scratch and writing Test Strategies/Plans .
