Position: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Engineer – AI-ML

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in developing, training, and optimizing AI models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with frameworks like Rasa, SpaCy, and LLaMA, working on innovative applications in conversational AI, NLP, and large language models (LLMs). This role involves designing scalable AI CallBot and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, train, and optimize machine learning and AI models for real-world applications.
• Develop and fine-tune conversational AI systems using Rasa and NLP pipelines with SpaCy or similar plateforms.
• Implement and customize large language models, including LLaMA and other transformer-based architectures.
• Preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured datasets for AI model development.
• Evaluate model performance and iteratively improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms and ensure reliable operation in real-time environments.
• Document algorithms, workflows, and processes for reproducibility and team knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, LLMs, and NLP frameworks, applying the latest techniques to projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Rasa, SpaCy, and large language models like LLaMA.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including tokenization, named entity recognition, and text classification.
• Familiarity with transformer-based architectures (BERT, GPT, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying models in production environments.
• Solid grasp of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to design and implement conversational AI CallBot end-to-end.
• Experience with additional NLP frameworks like Hugging Face or OpenAI API.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model monitoring and versioning.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
