Automation And CRM Integration Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Automation & CRM Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Zapier, Make.com (formerly Integromat), n8n, and GoHighLevel (GHL). The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage automated workflows, CRM integrations, and business process optimizations that reduce manual work and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Zapier, Make.com, and n8n across multiple platforms and tools.

· Customize and optimize GoHighLevel CRM for campaigns, pipelines, automation sequences, and integrations with third-party tools.

· Connect APIs, SaaS platforms, and custom applications to streamline lead generation, marketing, and sales operations.

· Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce human error.

· Monitor automation performance, identify failures, and resolve integration or workflow issues.

· Create and maintain clear SOPs, workflow documentation, and integration mapping.

· Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement end-to-end automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3 years of proven experience in automation and CRM integrations.

· Hands-on expertise in Zapier, Make.com (Integromat), and n8n for workflow automation.

· Strong experience with GoHighLevel CRM (workflows, pipelines, triggers, campaigns, reporting).

· Knowledge of API integrations and ability to work with REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON.

· Understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices.

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Good documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

· Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python) to extend automation logic.

· Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.

· Experience in creating dashboards and reporting automation.

· Knowledge of sales funnels and customer journey mapping.
