We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate/Executive Email Marketer to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands the art and science behind email campaigns, from strategy and segmentation to optimization and deliverability.

You’ll be responsible for crafting impactful email experiences that drive engagement, nurture leads, and contribute directly to our growth goals. Working closely with content, design, and data teams, you’ll ensure every campaign reaches the right audience at the right time with precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Segment audiences based on engagement, behavior, and demographics for hyper-personalized outreach.
  • Build and optimize automated email workflows and nurture sequences.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, design, and send times to maximize open and click rates.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, open rate, conversions, and deliverability) and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure clean segmentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email marketing best practices.
  • Partner with internal teams to monitor sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and deliverability strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing or marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and campaign analytics.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and performance optimization.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using deliverability and verification platforms (e.g., DataStreams.ai, ZeroBounce, NeverBounce).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, lead nurturing funnels, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or data-driven marketing environments.
  • Understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Creative flair with a testing mindset for continuous improvement.
