Automation Engineer

Job Purpose

This role involves designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

• RPA Development:
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Automation Anywhere solutions to automate business processes.
• Analyze and understand business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Bot Development:
• Create and configure bots using Automation Anywhere Enterprise platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful bot deployment.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate automated processes, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the development and testing phases.
• Documentation:
• Document technical specifications, process flows, and configurations for reference and future maintenance.
• Provide clear documentation for end-users and support teams.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
• Familiarity with business processes in various industries.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant Automation Anywhere certification is a plus
