- 5+ years in Automation Engineering, preferably in MSP (Managed Service Provider), IT services, or consulting environments

Strong background in IT operations and business process design
- Proficiency in automation tools like PIA (Process Intelligence Automation) and Microsoft Power Automate
- Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and possibly other languages

Ability to design and implement end-to-end automation workflows for both operational (NOC/SOC) and business processes (billing, procurement, contract lifecycle)
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile practices; active participation in ceremonies

Experience collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Strong documentation and adherence to security standards and governance policies

Ability to maintain and improve existing automation solutions and develop reusable components
- Reduce manual processes by 25-35%
- Contribute to margin improvement through automation
