Position Summary
Credit One Bank is seeking an Automation Engineer Intern to contribute to the bank's Quality goals by focusing on the creation and execution of automated tests. This role will provide hands-on experience with tools like Robot Framework and practices such as Source Code Management, Test Execution, and Defect Life Cycle, applied in a real-time environment. The intern will also be responsible for test data management, upholding quality standards, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with the Quality Engineering Center of Excellence.
Position Requirements:-
Undergraduate Junior (entering junior year) or Senior (must have one semester/quarter remaining).
- Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Preferred experience using Python and Source Code Management tools (GitHub or similar).
- Present in Las Vegas, NV, for the Summer Internship Program: June 8, 2026 – August 14, 2026 (10-weeks at 40 hours a week).
Summary of Essential Job Functions:-
Automate test scenarios and cases using Robot Framework and uphold agile governance standards.

Contribute to the design of internal tooling and develop, test, and integrate scripts into DevOps pipelines.

Conduct performance and security testing while adhering to coding standards and guidelines.

Execute and monitor automated test scripts, analyze any failures, create defects, and perform code fixes as needed.

Support test data management and tooling to ensure data integrity and confidentiality across the software development lifecycle.

Program Goals and Objectives:-
Gain Foundational Knowledge: The intern will learn the fundamentals of Quality Engineering, Agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), providing a strong basis for a career in test engineering.

Master Test Automation Concepts: The intern will learn key concepts and frameworks for test automation, understand its benefits, and gain practical experience using Robot Framework to automate tests and tasks.

Acquire Defect Management Skills: The intern will learn how to identify application defects during script execution and will be trained on the full Defect Life Cycle within an Agile environment.

Develop Career Readiness: The intern will be equipped for their professional career through career planning and mentoring provided by members of the QE team.
