Automation Engineer (Python & Ansible)
- Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventories for infrastructure and application automation.
- Write and enhance Python scripts for automation logic, validations, or custom Ansible modules.
- Integrate automation with orchestration and scheduling tools such as Rundeck, Ansible Tower/AWX, or Jenkins.
- Implement and manage Git-based workflows (GitLab/GitHub), including version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD integration.
- Develop and maintain YAML configurations and Jinja2 templates for scalable and reusable automation.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes, and optimize execution reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Platform, and Infrastructure teams to promote automation best practices.
- Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and operational standards .
