Automation Lead – Data & AI (Power Platform)

We’re looking for a seasoned Automation Lead to drive enterprise-scale low-code and automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. This role will focus on solution architecture, governance, integrations, and delivery while closely collaborating with business teams to enable digital transformation.

Requirement:

• 10+ years in application development, with 5+ years leading Power Platform initiatives
• Strong hands-on experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot
• Proven experience integrating with SharePoint, Azure, SQL, ERP/CRM systems
• Solid background in governance, CoE frameworks, and solution architecture
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications: PL-600 or PL-900 (must have)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and platform best practices
• Lead Dataverse modeling and integrations across ERP/CRM and custom systems
• Facilitate automation fitment discussions and solution design
• Mentor and lead low-code development teams while ensuring delivery quality
• Partner with stakeholders to identify impactful use cases and ROI
• Champion AI-driven automation leveraging Copilot and AI Builder

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED26,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Application development: 10 years (Preferred)
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot: 8 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PL-600 or PL-900 (Preferred)
