• High school diploma or GED, required
• 3+ years Industrial maintenance, automation technology, or electromechanical equipment repair (Distribution center experience preferred) - required
• Experience with PLC-driven equipment, servo motor equipment, and sensor_based automation systems. - required
  Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings. - required
• Experience working with conveyor systems and industrial printers. - required
• Computer proficiency for interacting with operating systems such as KOZ or similar platforms. - required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal departments. - required
• Comfortable working around moving machinery and at heights. - required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment. - required
• May require evening or weekend support based on operational needs. - required
• Experience with OPEX or other robotic picking/automated warehouse systems. - preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation interfaces. - preferred
  Knowledge of servo systems and motor control theory. - preferred
