Responsibilities:
About the Role
In this role, you will install automation devices on a variety of oil field equipment. You will work close with other internal teams and departments to support safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
What You Will Do (Essential Functions):

Install, program, test, and troubleshoot PLCs, RTUs, flow computers, and SCADA systems

Configure control logic, communications (e.g., Modbus), and third-party device integrations

Perform electrical and instrumentation work including calibration, loop checks, wiring, and termination

Install and maintain field automation equipment, piping, conduit, cable tray, and related hardware

Travel to customer sites and perform field work safely and efficiently

Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in collaboration with customers and internal teams

Complete accurate service documentation and reports in a timely manner

Support on-call duties and promote a professional, safety-focused work environment
Qualifications:
What You Bring (Skills, Abilities, Experience)

High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be at least 18 years of age to operate a company vehicle
- One to four years of experience in the automation field, or a strong entry‑level background with applicable training and a willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy and a solid work ethic
Work Environment
Work is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. The ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly is required. Exposure to moving parts and electricity that require safety protocols.

Pay Range: Salary Range: Starting from USD $36.25/Yr.
