What We're Looking For:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Project & Program Management

Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Program Coordinator, PMO professional, or similar role
Proven success leading automation, technology, process improvement, digital transformation, or business transformation initiatives
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
Experience facilitating project planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Ability to influence, drive accountability, and achieve results without direct authority
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

Industry & Operational Experience

Experience with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar field service management platforms
Understanding of field service operations, dispatching, technician workflows, customer experience, and operational processes within service-based organizations
Ability to travel up to 20% throughout the United States
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Other relevant project management or Agile certifications

Automation & Transformation Experience

Experience supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Experience working within a PMO, EPMO, Center of Excellence (COE), or Center of Automation (COA)
Experience partnering with vendor-supported, outsourced, or third-party delivery teams

Industry Experience

Experience in Home Services, Field Services, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical Services, Construction Services, or other technician-driven organizations strongly preferred
Experience supporting multi-location operations and geographically dispersed teams
Experience working within a private equity-backed organization is a plus

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
