- Drive business development and sales of turnkey automation, instrumentation, and electrical solutions for pharmaceutical and chemical plants.
- Promote solutions including complete plant automation, reactor process automation, utilities automation, solvent & chemicals distribution/recovery systems, BMS, and related technologies.
- Identify and generate leads through existing networks and market research; qualify and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at end-user companies, consultants, EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies), OEMs, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal application, engineering, and proposal teams for solution development and tender responses.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to promote solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and close orders to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated with emerging market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or Chemical). MBA in Marketing/Business is a plus.
- 5–12 years of relevant sales experience in automation, instrumentation, or electrical turnkey solutions for pharma and/or chemical process industries.
- Strong technical understanding of DCS, SCADA, PLCs, BMS, process automation, utilities automation, and chemicals/recovery systems.
- Demonstrated sales track record and strong exposure to handling turnkey project sales in the target segments
- Wide contact network among end users, consultants, EPCs, and OEMs in pharma and chemical segments.
- Exposure to technical proposal development, solutioning, and basic project costing
- Excellent communication,negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹8,790.75 - ₹45,259.42 per month
