We are seeking a highly skilled TOSCA Automation Testing Specialist to join our project team supporting a leading US-based client in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automation test strategies for modern applications as well as legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration and quality assurance across diverse technology landscapes.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA for insurance applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
• Conduct feasibility analysis for automation in legacy systems and propose effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain test assets, reusable modules, and regression suites.
• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects with clear documentation.
• Integrate automation testing with CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members on TOSCA best practices.
• Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards and client-specific quality benchmarks.
