POSITION DETAILS

Automation Specialist is responsible for the implementation, execution, and auditing of systems related to Automation and the OT Network in compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements at the Kışladağ Gold Mine.

• To maintain the healthy and reliable operation of the automation system as a whole.
• To get regular software backups of PLCs, HMIs, Scadas, computers, sensors and motor drivers in the field
• Ensuring periodic maintenance of VFD in the field, troubleshooting their malfunctions and keeping them always available
• Ensuring periodic maintenance of process instruments in the field, troubleshooting their malfunctions and keeping them always available
• Making add-ons to the existing automation system when necessary
• Developing projects to improve the automation system
• Contributing to increasing facility efficiency by using lean production and predictive maintenance methods
• Close and supportive relationships with all levels of departments

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from Electrical-Electronics and Mechatronics departments of relevant universities / Related technical school.
• At least 3 years’ experience in OT systems
• Well knowledge on PLC and SCADA system
• Knowledge and experience with OT Network and VFD
• Experience with process instruments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Good MS Office and MS Server skills
