Automation Specialist (Clickup/Automation tools)

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize automation workflows that improve efficiency and productivity across our operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ClickUp, n8n, and building AI-driven workflows to streamline business processes and integrate multiple tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using ClickUp, n8n, and other relevant platforms.
• Build AI-powered workflows to enhance productivity, decision-making, and data handling.
• Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and tools into workflows for seamless operations.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose automation solutions.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow/automation issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions tailored to business needs.
• Continuously research and recommend emerging automation and AI tools to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automation Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with ClickUp (automation, dashboards, custom fields, integrations).
• Experience with n8n (building workflows, API integrations, error handling).
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT API, Zapier AI, custom AI automations) and their integration into workflows.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Ability to document processes and explain technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
