Automation & Technology Lead – B2B Realty

We are seeking a highly capable and execution-driven Technology & Automation Director to lead and scale our technology, automation, and systems infrastructure across our growing portfolio.

The Technology & Automation Director will serve as the company’s technical execution leader, responsible for ensuring scalable, reliable, and efficient systems across all teams. This role is accountable for systems performance, automation strategy, AI implementation, and technology-driven operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling systems, driving automation initiatives, and delivering measurable impact in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the company delivers scalable, reliable, and high-performing technology systems across all properties and teams
Own execution, system performance, automation outcomes, and technology-driven efficiency across the business
Own the full systems architecture across PM platforms, CRM, internal tools, and integrations
Drive automation across workflows using APIs, no-code/low-code tools, RPA, and custom solutions
Identify inefficiencies and design automation-first solutions to streamline operations
Implement AI-driven solutions, including AI agents, intelligent workflows, and AI-native infrastructure
Design and oversee development of internal tools and applications to improve operational efficiency and scalability
Partner with operations to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
Ensure systems are built to scale to support 5,000+ units and future growth
Manage and optimize vendors, SaaS platforms, and third-party system integrations
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and performance
Ensure system reliability, uptime, security, and data integrity across all platforms
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, marketing, and leadership teams
Establish and enforce technical standards, architecture guidelines, and automation best practices
Drive continuous improvement across workflows, systems, and processes
Demonstrate strong decision-making, ownership, and problem-solving in high-pressure environments
Report to leadership on systems performance, automation progress, and technology roadmap

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in technical roles such as Senior Engineer, Solutions Architect, Automation Lead, or Technical Director
Proven experience building and scaling systems in operations-heavy or high-growth environments
Strong hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and automation tools (Zapier, RPA, etc.)
Experience designing scalable system architectures and technical solutions
Familiarity with AI tools, AI agents, and automation frameworks is strongly preferred
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
Experience leading or owning technical initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and results
High sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments
