Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, WebDriver IO, and Appium. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, and a strong background in QA methodologies. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure high-quality and reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Playwright, Selenium, WebDriver IO, and Appium.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks.
• Perform API automation and REST API testing.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Use test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) for planning, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to QA methodologies, test planning, and execution best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and provide detailed defect reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.
• Strong expertise in Playwright.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Selenium, WebDriver IO, and Appium.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with REST API and API automation.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle.
