Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for GenAI Application features.
- Test Automation scripting using Python test automation (PyTest) or any other similar tools like selenium
- Rest API validation using postman and/or automated scripts.
- Load testing APIs and ingestion flows using Locust, JMeter or k6.
- Testing workflows across multiple microservices.
- Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, performance testing
- Log and track defects using GitHub Issues.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of test cases and test results
- Report testing status and issues clearly to the QA Lead
Required knowledge competencies:
- Around 5 years of professional experience in software testing.
- Experience with Python test automation (PyTest)
- Working knowledge of generative AI concepts and applications
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience with AI/ML testing methodologies and tools, knowledge of data validation and testing techniques are
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Educational qualification: BE/ BTech / MCA
Experience : Around 2 to 5 years of professional experience in software testing
Mandatory/requires Skills : Strong experience in test automation
Preferred Skills : Self motivated & good team player. Agile methodology
