Key Responsibilities

What will you do?

• Supervise a team of in-house writers and coordinate with freelance automotive content creators.
• Conduct in-depth research on automobile topics (EVs, new launches, automotive technology, industry trends, regulations, buyer guides, etc.) using credible and recent sources.
• Review and edit drafts for clarity, accuracy, grammar, technical correctness, and SEO alignment.
• Ensure all content meets the highest standards of precision, readability, and relevance specific to the automobile domain.
• Verify that all published content is factually correct, up to date, easy to understand, and free from bias or conflicts of interest.
• Manage workloads efficiently to ensure timely delivery as per deadlines.
• Write high-quality long-form and short-form automotive content when required.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices and keyword guidelines.
• Maintain and manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistency and timely publishing.
• Ensure all output aligns with company standards, client expectations, and our in-house style guide.

What we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Prior experience in writing, editing, or creating automotive content (blogs, reviews, comparisons, technical articles, product explainers, industry news, etc.).
• Exceptional command over written and spoken English.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex automotive concepts for diverse audiences.
• A team player with leadership potential and a problem-solving mindset.
