• Design and Development: Use CAD software (like CATIA or SolidWorks) to design new vehicle systems and components, such as powertrains, chassis, and electrical components.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and simulations (using tools like MATLAB/Simulink) of prototypes and final products to evaluate performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve engineering issues, mechanical failures, and production problems using root cause analysis.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (designers, software engineers, manufacturing specialists) to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed design specifications, technical documentation, reports, and cost estimates.
