Role Description

The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to customers through showroom engagement and outdoor sales activities. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Showroom Sales

• Greet walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements
• Explain car features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
• Arrange and conduct test drives
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and documentation
• Close sales and ensure a smooth handover of vehicles to customers

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
• Build relationships with potential customers
• Follow up on inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person meetings
• Represent the dealership at events, exhibitions, or promotional activities
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with service teams for after-sales support
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

3. Reporting and Follow-Up

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
• Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexible hours
• Must be Arabic (English is a plus)
• At least 3 years Car Sales experience
