OEM Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in OEM sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with OEM customers, driving revenue growth, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with OEM customers
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing OEM accounts
  • Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with OEM clients
  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Represent the company at OEM meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in OEM sales, B2B sales, or industrial sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and customer specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with manufacturing or industrial OEMs
  • Knowledge of sales cycles in OEM environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
