Automobile Technical Service Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of technical automotive experience
• Project management experience
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
• No travel restrictions
• Active automobile driver with required driving licenses (Motorcycle license is a plus)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for tracking and managing Honda’s Technical Support system
• Planning and conducting dealer training programs
• Managing technical communication with dealers, relevant Honda branches, and Honda HQ
• Preparing monthly technical support system reports for management
• Coordinating budget activities related to service operations
• Organizing and reporting dealer technical audits on a regular basis
• Supporting legal cases and preparing related technical reports
