Automobile Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues. This role requires hands-on experience with Ford F59 delivery trucks and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems before they become serious issues.
• Assist in auto body repair and restoration projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive service and repair.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, and engine diagnostics.
• Familiarity with auto body repair techniques is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of auto restoration processes is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
