Automotive Accounts Receivable Clerk

Palm Beach Mitsubishi and The Taverna Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Accounts Receivable to work in our accounting office! Our pay is $24/hr, plus great benefits including Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision insurance.

Job Summary: Posts Deposits (Cash, Check, Credit Card) daily, and manages various schedules.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Post Deposits daily (Cash, Check, Credit Card) across three stores
• Reconciles Schedules monthly (Receivable Schedules including CIT, Down Receivable, Service Receivables, etc.)
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
• Communicate with coworkers, management, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner.

Education and/or Experience Required: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Two to four years related experience in an automotive dealership a MUST.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
