Our pay is $24/hr, plus great benefits including Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision insurance.Job Summary: Posts Deposits (Cash, Check, Credit Card) daily, and manages various schedules.Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Post Deposits daily (Cash, Check, Credit Card) across three stores</li><li>Reconciles Schedules monthly (Receivable Schedules including CIT, Down Receivable, Service Receivables, etc.)</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.</li><li>Communicate with coworkers, management, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner.</li></ul>Education and/or Experience Required: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Two to four years related experience in an automotive dealership a MUST.Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Automotive Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounts Payable Member &ndash; Automotive DealershipA busy, growth-oriented automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Accounting Staff Member. The ideal candidate has prior automotive accounting experience and will help maintain accurate financial records while providing analytical support across Customer Deposits, Accounts Payable, and general accounting functions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Complete and reconcile Accounts Payable billings accurately and on time each month.</li><li>Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of corporate credit card accounts.</li><li>Process A/P disbursements (checks) for all vendors/customers.</li><li>Remit and reconcile ancillary policies monthly.</li><li>Process customer refunds.</li><li>Assist the Controller with ad hoc accounting tasks as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Required: Prior experience in the automotive accounting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of office procedures, responsibilities, and systems.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; overall MS Office skills.</li><li>Reynolds &amp; Reynolds experience is a plus.</li><li>Excellent time management; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Professional discretion with confidential information.</li><li>Prompt, courteous communication; strong written and verbal skills.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Willing to complete and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits Competitive pay commensurate with experience; benefits discussed with qualified candidates.Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Automotive Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
